Who controls the affairs of each residence?

We have five friends that are interested in purchasing a Villa. Can we own the same Villa?

When can we move in to our Villa?
Completion is scheduled for 2007.
If my Villa goes up in value, do I participate in the appreciation?
Of course! Let’s say you purchase a 1/6 fractional share of a Villa today for $66kUSD. Now look ahead five years and for illustration purposes only say your Villa is worth $680k. Your 1/6 interest would now be worth 113k plus you, your family, and friends, had use of your home for a minimum of two months of each year for the past five years. You cannot put a value on the good times, the memories.
